It has been announced that the collaborative EP “IN City” by Liberal and ynkmr. (Wainakamura) will be released on Wednesday, September 11th. In addition, the music video for the latest single “Renovation feat. Kenchinmin” has been released.
SANABAGUN.’s MC, Toshiki Iwama, also known as Liberal, and composer/producer Yusuke Nakamura aka ynkmr., a member of the five-member band BLU-SWING, also known for his work as Last Electro with Kan Sano and Ippei (SANABAGUN.). So far, they have released “Renovation,” featuring “Hyakuiro Megane,” “riyu,” and rapper Kenchinmin, who represents Oita. The music video for “Renovation” was directed by Eiji Shimizu (Broth Works) and Fumiyuki Momohara.
The EP “IN City”, released under the name Liberal x ynkmr., is a work that blends Liberal’s human rap with the ynkmr. sound that gives off the essence of jazz and neo-soul. In addition to the pre-release single, it contains a total of seven songs, including the new song “Beautiful Day” featuring Emi Okamoto.
