Miyazaki Prefecture has appointed Hinatazaka46 as “Miyazaki Ambassadors.”
The “Miyazaki Ambassador” is a person who has a connection to Miyazaki Prefecture, is well-known in the fields of culture, entertainment, sports, etc., and is commissioned by the governor as someone who is expected to have the ability to promote the attractiveness and awareness of Miyazaki Prefecture. Hinatazaka46 will be promoting Miyazaki Prefecture’s attractiveness and awareness on various occasions in the future.
The commissioning ceremony was held at the Miyazaki Prefectural Office on August 16th. Two representatives from the group, Akari Nyu and Mikuni Takahashi, attended.
Since changing their group name in February 2019, Hinatazaka46 has visited Miyazaki Prefecture many times, including performing with the governor on a TV program and shooting a photobook, spreading the appeal of Miyazaki Prefecture on various occasions. In addition, “Hinata Fes 2024” will be held at Hinata Miyazaki Prefectural Sports Park/Sun Marine Stadium Miyazaki on September 7th and 8th.
The two said, “We believe that the bond between Miyazaki and Hinatazaka46 has become even stronger. We will continue to do our best to convey the charms of Miyazaki.” They renewed their feelings.
