■Back Number makes a triumphant return to ANN after about seven years! “I’m staying up late as much as possible to make up for the seven-year hiatus!” (Back Number’s Kurihara Hisashi)
It has been announced that back number, Hitsuji Bungaku, and Hanbredderz will be in charge of the third day of “All Night Nippon MUSIC WEEK” on September 11th.
To commemorate the 70th anniversary of Nippon Broadcasting System’s launch in July 2024, “All Night Nippon Music Week” will be held for the first time in two years. For the week from September 9th to 14th, artists will be in charge of the personalities for all three brands of programs: “All Night Nippon” from 1:00 am, “All Night Nippon X” from 12:00 am, and “All Night Nippon 0” from 3:00 am.
The personalities on September 11th will be back number on “All Night Nippon” from 1:00 am, Hitsuji Bungaku on “All Night Nippon X (Cross)” from 12:00 am, and Hanbredderz on “All Night Nippon 0 (ZERO)” from 3:00 am.
Back Number will be making a triumphant return to All Night Nippon for the first time in about seven years (they were regular performers until 2017), Hanbredderz vocalist Akira Mutsumuro was the sole personality on the show in February 2024, but this will be the first time the band has done so, and Hitsuji Kagaku will be making their first appearance on All Night Nippon X (Cross).
The audio of “All Night Nippon X” will be streamed live on “All Night Nippon JAM” at the same time. Monday to Friday, “All Night Nippon 0” will be streamed live on the live streaming app “17LIVE”.
The lineup for “All Night Nippon MUSIC WEEK” will be announced every day at noon. Stay tuned for further updates.

Last time I was in charge of All Night Nippon by myself, but this time all four of us will be there.
Since it’s Music Week, I’m planning to do a live band performance for 90 minutes straight, just like musicians do. This may be the only time I’ll ever do a live performance starting at 3am. Please watch it live and dance in your room until the morning.
