Bialystocks’ “Acting Color” has been chosen as the song for the new “Kirin Namacha” TV commercial! Natsuki Deguchi and Ryohei Suzuki appear in the “Living with Comfort” episode!

Bialystocks’ “Acting Color” has been chosen as the commercial song for the new Kirin Ima-cha TV commercial, “Living with Comfort,” starring Natsuki Deguchi and Ryohei Suzuki, which began airing on September 9th.

“Sashiiro” is a song included in the second album “Quicksand” released in November 2022.

The commercial’s theme is “Living with Comfort,” and it depicts a light and pleasant time spent with Ima-cha. The melody itself makes the commercial feel light and airy, and the accent colors add a touch of elegance.

Bialystocks will release their new album “Songs for the Cryptids” on October 2nd, their first in 1 year and 8 months since their second album “Quicksand”. In addition, to celebrate the release of the album, they will hold their largest live house tour to date, visiting 7 locations nationwide, from the 20th of the same month. Tickets are on sale at each play guide.

Bialystocks Profile

The band was formed in 2019 after a live screening of the film “Haruneko,” directed by Sora Hokimoto and produced by Shinji Aoyama. In 2021, they released their first full-length album, “Bialystocks.” In 2022, they were selected for Spotify’s “RADAR: Early Noise 2022,” and in November of the same year, they released their second full-length album, “Quicksand,” through PONYCANYON/IRORI Records. The combination of vocalist Motoki Hoki’s soulful and expansive singing voice, folky and warm melodies, and keyboardist Go Kikuchi’s jazz-based but genre-crossing instrumental arrangement is described as both universal and cutting-edge.
