TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s YEONJUN will release his first solo mixtape since his debut on September 19th.
YEONJUN released a video titled “YEONJUN’s Mixtape Intro Film” on the HYBE LABELS YouTube channel at midnight on September 8th, teasing his solo project. The video is immersive, with YEONJUN’s delicate expressiveness and sensual visual beauty, giving the impression of watching a short film.
YEONJUN looks somewhat lonely against the backdrop of the bustling noise of the city, expressing the dark side of real young people who are not just cheerful.
The video begins with a complex, tearful expression and the phrase “starring yeonjun.” The intro film, which crosses the past and present, contains the story of the protagonist leaving behind the dark days he spent in his underground hideout and coming out onto the surface.
In particular, this video piques curiosity as it shows a new side of Yeonjun that has never been seen before. The fierce and rebellious atmosphere blends in with the extremely realistic background, suggesting a different side of Yeonjun as a solo artist, rather than as a member of TOMORROW X TOGETHER.
