NIKO NIKO TAN TAN releases "Shinkigeki" music video, theme song for the movie "This video cannot be played"

The music video for the title track “Shinkigeki” from NIKO NIKO TAN TAN’s first major album “Shinkigeki,” released in August, has been released.

This song was chosen as the theme song for the movie “This video cannot be played THE MOVIE,” which will begin screening today, Friday, September 13th. The movie is a full-scale mystery horror film that is a film study type of film, directed and written by Kohei Taniguchi, who also wrote the scripts for “I Love You!” and “Buzzy Noise,” and stars the popular comedy duo Kagaya.

Once the film was completed, I was excitedly waiting for the theme song to arrive.
NIKO NIKO TAN TAN is a unit that shows us many different worlds, with the atmosphere changing completely with each song.
So I had no idea what kind of songs were going to be coming.
The title of the song that arrived was “Shinkigeki.”
I clicked the play button, thinking that it was a perfect title for the film, which features the Kagaya duo, Abe Koji, Akira 100%, and many other comedians.
When I first heard it, the lyrics that linked it to the movie, such as “It’s not in the script,” “Our specialty algorithm,” and “A big twist,” jumped out at me, and I was amazed at the synchronicity.
After that, the meaning of the lyrics changed as I listened to it over and over again, which was interesting, and combined with the coolness of the sound, it became a song I listen to repeatedly in my daily life.
