Creepy Nuts to release “Otonoke”, the opening theme for the TV anime “Dandadan”, digitally

■Creepy Nuts releases new artist photo with a street feel!

It has been announced that “Otonoke,” the opening theme for the TV anime “Dandadan” by Creepy Nuts, will be released digitally on October 4th.

“Otonoke” is a new song written specifically for the TV anime “Dandadan”. The song incorporates the relationship between music creators and listeners into the worldview of “Dandadan,” in which monsters and spirits “resonate with and connect with pain and sadness” when they possess people, and expresses the sense of fulfillment that music can bring when it fills a hole in one’s heart.

The track incorporates the fast-paced beat of “Jersey Club,” which was also used in the global hit “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born,” and is set to a track by DJ Matsunaga with a memorable melodic and emotional hook. R-Shitei’s versatile rap and mellow vocals run along this upbeat tune, which literally sticks in your ears and won’t let go.

The new artist photo was also released and was taken by Shun Omiyama in the city at night. It is a photo that gives off a street feel that is different from Creepy Nuts’ previous work.

The TV anime “Dandadan,” for which “Otonoke” serves as the opening theme, will begin broadcasting nationwide on the “Super Animeism TURBO” slot on 28 MBS/TBS affiliated stations from 12:26 am on October 3rd.
