Kazumichi Komatsu announces the release of his new album “Computer Music”

Kazumichi Komatsu has announced that he will release his new album “Computer Music” on Wednesday, October 2nd. The lead single “Skin (feat. Dove & Le Makeup)” from the album was released today, Wednesday, September 18th.

His first album in four years, “Computer Music,” is a reconstruction of the experiments that were born from the intersection of production while simultaneously working on multiple projects, live performances, and DJing, as in his previous work. It is a left-field sound piece that focuses on “the manifestation of the body listening to music.”

Mastering was done by Jim O’Rourke. The lead single “Skin” features Dove and Le Makeup, their third collaboration since “Umi Ga Kikoeru feat. Dove & Le Makeup” released in 2020. In addition to Dove and Le Makeup, Yume Horiike also participated in the album.
