chilldspot released the digital EP “echowaves” on September 18th.

The lyrics, composition, and arrangement of this EP are all self-produced by the members. Each member produced the sound, and Hiyukon’s lyrics, which project his own past and present, were added to create this work. You can feel the color of each member in each song, and it is an EP that you can enjoy from start to finish.

It was also announced that the music video for the lead song “have a nice day!” will be released on September 22nd at 7pm. “have a nice day!” is an addictive song with a lot of programmed elements and a dope sound, even for chilldspot. The sound was produced by Ozaki (Ba), and the catchy sound is pleasant, and the lyrics of the chorus, which sound ironic, are addictive. This song also contains a first attempt by chilldspot. Ozaki plays the synth bass, while Reizan (Gt) plays Ozaki’s bass instead of the guitar. This song shows new possibilities for chilldspot. In addition, September 22nd is the first day of the 4th one man live tour “crowdsurf” with the EP “echowaves”. Those who are at the venue can enjoy the live performance, and those who can’t make it to the venue can feel the new image of chilldspot from the Music Video.

On the same day, chilldspot’s new song “ray” will appear in “15 Second Music powered by Instagram,” which will be released as part of Instagram’s brand campaign “This is also a catalyst for something.” In this campaign, as the music stamps that can be used on Instagram stories are 15 seconds long, eight popular artists have created songs that are perfect for posting. In line with the concept of possibilities that are born from small catalysts in everyday life, chilldspot wrote “ray.” Be sure to check this out too.
