The five-member dance and vocal group “MADKID” will release their third album “DROPOUT” on November 13th, 2024.
The album cover image and songwriter credits were released today.
The lead track “Chaser” has been chosen as the opening theme for the TV anime “Haigakura” which will begin airing in October this year. This song was created to match the theme of the anime, and is a high-tempo, oriental song.
An upbeat song that’s typical of MADKID.
The PV is currently available and has already revealed parts of the song, which is generating a lot of buzz.

The lyrics for this song were written by LIN and YUKI. The song was composed by MADKID, who previously collaborated with them on “FLY.”

Release events for the album have also been scheduled, and will be held in various locations including Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya starting from October 19th.
MADKID, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, has also announced that it will hold its 10th ANNIVERSARY LIVE –DROPOUT- at Otemachi Mitsui Hall in Tokyo on November 17th. Tickets are currently on sale.
