Setsuko (Kuuhaku Gokko) will release the digital single “VORTEX” on October 4th.

The title songs “VORTEX” and “karma” included in the digital single “VORTEX” are the opening and ending themes for the TV anime “Mecha Ude” which will begin airing on October 3rd. Both the opening theme “VORTEX” and the ending theme “karma” were composed, arranged, and produced by Sawano Hiroyuki.

“VORTEX” has a futuristic atmosphere, but also a thrilling solid sound, and the explosive chorus is intertwined with Setsuko’s sharp singing voice, creating a more emotional finish. “Karma” is a very comfortable medium ballad, with an opening that is wrapped in tranquility and warmth, as if breathing in life, and a grand chorus that expands all at once, and here too Setsuko’s heartfelt singing voice stands out. In addition, “VORTEX-MODv-“, a rearrangement of “VORTEX” by Hiroyuki Sawano himself, has been decided to be included in this album.
