The collaborative single “Natsu wo Kaeshite” by DÉ DÉ MOUSE and Suisan was released today, Wednesday September 25th.
The latest in DÉ DÉ MOUSE’s raging collaboration series, with its signature melody cut-up, is an alternative rock song co-written with SSW/producer Suisou, who captivates people with his unique worldview and singing voice. This nostalgic work features Suisou’s magical lyrics that elevate everyday life to fantasy, a beautiful and ephemeral song, and DÉ DÉ MOUSE’s unique melodic gorgeous strings and noisy guitar sounds reminiscent of Pixies and Dinosaur Jr.
Guitar and bass are played by Natsuki Sakamoto, who is also known as the former guitarist of Chilinuruwowaka and She Her Her Hers. The artwork is by illustrator Kairi Fuyori, whose base theme is pale blue and a lonely world.
