JUBEE releases music video for “Re-create”, a song produced by Takeshi Ueda from their latest album

JUBEE has released the music video for “Re-create” from their latest album “Liberation” released in July.

“Re-create,” the album’s lead track, was produced by Tsuyoshi Ueda of the rock band AA=. The song is a full-on mixture of rock and hip-hop, and is turning into a killer tune that is shaking the floors of various places during the release tour currently underway.

The music video was created with the theme of “BOOMBOX x STREET STYLE”. A BOOMBOX (large portable radio-cassette player) will closely follow JUBEE’s daily life, including the artists, creators, fans, and friends he meets wherever he goes, mainly in his home ground of Shibuya. Many cameo performers appeared along with realistic footage shot by the 360-degree camera installed in BOOMBOX.

Artists/creators who are close friends with JUBEE will appear one after another, including DJ WATARAI, DOI, in-d (CreativeDrugStore), Lui, MUD, Eisuke Shimizu (Age Factory / AFJB), and Takuya Yamanaka (THE ORAL CIGARETTES). By combining BOOMBOX, a symbol of old school hip-hop, with cutting-edge photography technology, this work expresses the “Re-create Style” that is shouted in the song.

Additionally, on October 29th (Tuesday), the final release tour for “Liberation” will be held at UNIT in Daikanyama, Tokyo. Tickets are now on sale to the general public.
