Sakurazaka46 new single “I want tomorrow to come” jacket art released at once

■Sakurazaka46 new song artist visual artwork concept is “Sakura that emerges”

Sakurazaka46 has released the jacket artwork for their 10th single “I want tomorrow to come” to be released on October 23rd.

This work’s creative direction and art direction are handled by Naoya Kudo, Maya Shibatani, Sho Tsujioka, and creative technologist Keita Kuki. This is their fourth collaboration together, following their 6th single “Start over!”, 8th single “What age do you want to go back to?”, and 9th single “Jirō Jitoku”.

The concept of the artist’s visual artwork is “emerging cherry blossoms.” A regular program called “When I Turn There, Sakurazaka?” This word was also used in the teaser video that aired the other day in the TV Tokyo commercial.

This time, we recorded each member’s voice saying, “Fly!” and created a feather pattern unique to each member based on their voiceprint. It expresses the image of each person “emerging” and obtaining their own wings.

After experiencing the artwork concept of their 9th single, “Blooming for each of us,” the members have gained the wings to make further leaps forward, and the members have easily jumped over the milestone of their 10th single as a passing point. This is a work that gives us a sense of the further evolution that will come in the future.

It was also announced that TYPE-D’s jacket will be made up of BACKS members, and Yu Murai will be the center of the BACKS formation. It will be interesting to see what kind of expression he will show in his first BACKS position.
