Hip-hop duo EARTHGANG holds their first performance in Japan with their latest album

EARTHGANG’s first performance in Japan will be held on December 5th (Thursday) at Shibuya duo MUSIC EXCHANGE in Tokyo.

EARTHGANG was formed in 2008 by Olu and WowGr8 from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. In addition to releasing his first EP “The Better Party” in 2010, he is also known for his activities with JID, 6Lack, etc. under the name of hip-hop collective Spillage Village. In 2017, they signed a contract with rapper J.Cole’s Dreamville Records, and served as a support act for J.Cole’s North American tour for 36 performances.

In 2019, he participated in the same label’s compilation album “Revenge of the Dreamers III”, which reached number 1 on the US charts. He was also nominated for a Grammy Award for “Down Bad” from the same album.

It has been decided that they will soon release their latest album, “PERFECT FANTASY,” which shines brightly in the modern hip-hop scene. With this work, the first performance in Japan, which is long-awaited by fans, will be held in Tokyo for one night only. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting October 4th (Friday) at 10:00am. Don’t miss out on this precious night.
