ALI has been attracting attention for their crossover musical style, which mixes roots music such as FUNK, SOUL, JAZZ, and Latin with HIPHOP, ROCK, and SKA. This time, guitar player CÉSAR and bassist LUTHFI have left the group, making it a solo project centered on LEO. Furthermore, CÉSAR and LUTHFI will continue to participate in live performances and song production as musicians.
On December 24th, it has been decided that a self-planned live show “JUNGLE LOVE-CHRISTMAS TIME-Supported by Lee” will be held at Ebisu LIQUIDROOM. A three-man live will be held with Paledusk and LA SEÑAS as guest acts, and AKLO and J-REXXX as guests of ALI.
I’m looking forward to the second chapter of ALI, who advocates “long live music” and is particular about a production style that captures the heat of the occasion with a session style, and will be able to produce music more flexibly and deliver it to all over Japan and the world.

The song became a hot topic when Shohei Otani, who played for the Los Angeles Angels, used it as his entrance song. In 2022, the opening theme for the TV anime “Golden Kamuy” will be “NEVER SAY GOODBYE feat. Mummy-D”, and the opening theme for the first season of the TV anime “The Fable”, which started in April of this year, “Professionalism feat. Hannya”.
