From BMSG POSSE’s omnibus album “TYOISM Vol.1” scheduled to be released in December, the song “ZOOM (Prod. ZEN (INIMI), Sunny (INIMI))” produced with Korean rapper/producer CHANGMO will be included in the 10th album. It has been decided that it will be released on Wednesday, March 30th.
BMSG POSSE is an in-house label launched by SKY-HI’s management/label BMSG, featuring artists such as SKY-HI, Novel Core, Aile The Shota, edhiii boi, and REIKO, who have their roots in hip-hop and R&B. The crew assembled.
CHANGMO, who became the first collaboration artist from the album, was nominated for “Best Hip Hop & Urban Music” at the Mnet music award “2020 Mnet Asian Music Awards” after the hit of “METEOR” released in 2019. It has gained a lot of support both inside and outside of Korea.
This work “ZOOM” was produced with BMSG POSSE members SKY-HI and Novel Core, and producers/beat makers ZEN and Sunny who belong to the Tokyo-based music creator group INIMI. They use humorous lyrics to express the reality of their lives as artists/rappers who are exposed to various viewpoints, and their poignant wordplay that deals with gossip and nuisance behavior on SNS, as well as producer/beat maker ZEN. The song is said to be a combination of Sunny’s bold beat with heavy bass, and the imaginative flow of the three members.
We look forward to hearing about the follow-up to the album, which is based on the concept of “a unique globalism that originates from Tokyo” and bears the key theme of BMSG’s new theme, “TYOISM.”
