Korean alternative R&B artist Jooyoung’s first performance in Japan will be held on October 21st (Monday) at Shinjuku MARZ in Tokyo.
Jooyoung used to sing pop and mainstream-oriented catchy R&B, but took a break to pursue his own music. He restarted his new music career with the EP “Fountain” released in 2018.
Their first full-length album, “Sphere,” released in January of this year, features appearances from Korean artists such as SM Entertainment’s up-and-coming Jiwoon and up-and-coming rapper ron, as well as American SSW member Kaash Paige. Containing a total of 15 songs, it is a work filled with the thoughts and love for music of the 14 years since his debut.
The precious performance in Japan with this work will only be held for one night in Tokyo. Tickets are currently on sale to the general public on e+.
