Born from SM ENTERTAINMENT’s first pre-debut reality show “NCT Universe: LASTART”,

Pre-debuted as NCT NEW TEAM (tentative name) on October 8, 2023, one year ago.

After a pre-debut period, on February 21, 2024, he became the first SM artist to debut simultaneously in Japan and Korea, and in Japan, his second consecutive work since his debut was certified as a Gold Disc by the Japan Recording Industry Association.

Furthermore, in South Korea, NCT WISH has become a hot topic as the “best newcomer of 2024”, having recorded the highest initial sales of 790,000 copies among K-POP artists who debuted in 2024.

The long-awaited Japan 1st Album “WISHFUL” will be released on Christmas Day, December 25th (Wednesday)!

This work includes pre-debut songs as NCT NEW TEAM (tentative) “Hands Up” and “We Go!”

NCT WISH’s debut singles “WISH (Japanese Ver.)” and “Sail Away (Japanese Ver.),” as well as their latest singles “Songbird (Japanese Ver.)” and “Tears Are Falling (Japanese Ver.),” as well as others. A total of 13 songs will be included, including 7 new songs created for the album.

“Christmas Present BOX Ver.” with Blu-ray will also be released as a first production limited edition.

The Blu-ray includes “WISHCATION #1”, a VACATION content that fulfills the “Wish” of the six NCT WISH members who have passed through the dizzying year since their debut, as well as the trajectory of the year since their debut as NCT WISH. Two original Japanese contents of “Making of WISH #1” will be included.

Furthermore, a pre-order release event will be held exclusively at mu-mo SHOP to commemorate the release of NCT WISH Japan 1st Album “WISHFUL”!

It will be held at four venues: Tokyo, Osaka, Aichi, and Fukuoka.

At this release event, it has been decided that NCT WISH will hold an autograph session with all members, the first autograph session in Japan where photos are allowed.

Surprisingly, during the autograph session with all the members, you can take videos and photos with your smartphone from your seat as long as you are waiting. There are also “autograph sessions (by member)” where you can get autographs from your favorite members, “Christmas card handing out sessions (by unit)” since the release date is Christmas, and “Hands Up” which can be said to be their origin. ” (pre-debut song as NCT NEW TEAM (tentative)), “Hands Up meeting (by member)”, etc.

There will be a lot of release event content to excite Japan’s first album together with NCT WISH.
