crystal-z & UUUU release new song that references the incident in which a high school student in Okinawa lost his eyesight

The music video for crystal-z’s new single “Children Story (feat. UUUU)” released on Saturday, October 5th has been released.

This song is a song that refers to an incident in January 2022 in Okinawa City in which a high school boy who was driving a motorcycle came into contact with a police officer wielding a baton and lost the sight in his right eye. The incident led to an attack by approximately 400 young people on the Okinawa police station, and issues such as discrepancies between the statements made by the victim and the police officer, and the fact that it took a long nine months for documents to be sent to prosecutors were viewed as problematic. It attracted attention.

The song was produced by crystal-z. Crystal-z, UUUU, and Keisuke Uchiyama are in charge of the direction of the music video, which is set in Okinawa police stations and other locations. All proceeds from this work will be donated to the victims.

Furthermore, crystal-z will be releasing an album soon and will be holding a release party at Naha CLUTCH in Okinawa on Saturday, October 26th. Check them out as well.
