Chip Tanaka releases 2nd lead single “Fennec (Remix)” from new AL “Desatar”

Chip Tanaka’s second advance single “Fennec (Remix)” from his new album “Desatar” scheduled to be released on Friday, October 25th was released today, Friday, October 11th.

Since 1980, Hirokazu Tanaka has worked as a sound engineer for Nintendo, and is the originator of chip sound, which has spread it around the world as game music. “Desatar” is Chip Tanaka’s 4th album in about 3 years, which is based on chiptune but develops a diverse sound world.While inheriting the previous album “Domani”, Chip Tanaka’s charm is compact and fast-paced. It is a condensed work, consisting of 5 new songs and 4 live tracks of popular existing songs.

The title is a Spanish word meaning “to free oneself” or “to be free,” and the concept is “The journey continues.” It is said to be a work that expresses Chip Tanaka’s “musical journey.”

“Fennec (Remix)”, which concludes the album, is a remix of a song from the previous album. It has been rebuilt with a more aggressive beat and tone.
