■Tribute album “grafting” commemorating Salyu’s 20th debut anniversary will be released on December 18th!
In commemoration of Salyu’s 20th debut anniversary, the third participating artists for the tribute album “grafting” to be released on December 18th have been announced.
Salyu will celebrate their 20th anniversary on June 23, 2024. The tribute album planned to commemorate this occasion will be a 2-CD set, and will feature many artists who are friends with her, artists she respects, and artists who have been influenced by her music.
The title “grafting” is an English word that means “grafting”. The album has the meaning of being created by various artists interpreting the various songs that Salyu has released so far, just like reconstructing a single tree from different types of trees.
The third group of participating artists announced are Mitsuki Kimura, Takeshi Kobayashi, Kazutoshi Sakurai, Koji Tamaki, Noriyuki Makihara, milet, and MONGOL800. It has now been revealed that all participating artists will be present, and it will be a large-volume work that will include a total of 18 songs.
Additionally, the limited first edition will include several self-cover songs. The cover songs by each artist will be announced at a later date.
