MHRJ, who took off his trademark turban, changed his visuals, and changed his artist name from “Maharajan” written in katakana to “MHRJ” has released a new project “LASH THE FIRST TAKE” on his YouTube channel “THE FIRST TAKE”. ” and performed their new song “Kimi no Hen” for the first time, which was just released on October 12th.
At the same time, new artist photos will also be released. The symbolic visual of the past “Maharajan” and the new “MHRJ” coming and going signals the start of a new chapter.
Furthermore, MHRJ will be holding a nationwide one-man tour titled “Hen” starting October 26th.

It’s been 5 years since I started working as an indie, and when I looked back on the release of my best album the other day, I felt like I had completed my first Maharajan. From now on, I wanted to take on new challenges in terms of music, and as that feeling grew, I decided to take the plunge and renew it.
I think the new song “Kimi no Hen” especially shows the spirit of this challenge. Also, we will of course be playing Maharajan’s previous songs at the live performance.
We will continue to pursue music with even more passion, without changing our commitment to delivering music with care. Let me say this again: Despite my appearance, I am a Maharajan.
