J.Lamotta Suzume from Israel releases his first Japanese rap song “Warawara” today

J.Lamotta released his new single “Warawara” today, October 16th (Wednesday).

J.Lamotta, also known as “J.Lamotta Suzume,” is a multi-talented artist from Israel who does everything from singing to sound production. The nickname “Suzume” came from her past experiences with Japanese culture. So far, they have collaborated with many Japanese artists such as Sweet William, Snowk, EVISBEATS × Nagipan, and TOSHIKI HAYASHI (%C), and last year they also performed in Japan at BLUE NOTE TOKYO.

This is the first song in which I challenged myself to sing in Japanese. Since the release of his 7th album “Asulin” (Hebrew: אסולין) in March of this year, J. Lamotta has returned to his roots in Moroccan music and expanded his range of expression by crossing over into reggaeton and hip-hop. , a work that was born by combining the fun of the Japanese language with a new musical challenge.

Set on a track with an impressive unique bass line, it is a rap song full of killer phrases that you won’t be able to get out of your head, such as “Satiaki Habara” and “Princess Style Majisaiko.”
