And now, the title that has finally been unveiled is “Suicide Note, Revealed”, which completely reverses that image. ”. Based on Totaro Yo’s comic of the same name (Gangan Comics JOKER), the scenario created by Osamu Suzuki, who fell in love with the novel setting, has been adapted into the “Tokyo Revengers” series (2021 and 2023), “Kakegurui” (2018) Director Tsutomu Eiji, who has a reputation for group dramas such as (~2021), has made it into a movie. The two team up for the first time in 16 years since “Handsome Suits” (2008), and while weaving together the contents of their respective suicide notes and memories that are a mixture of truth and fiction, they mercilessly expose the beautiful yet horrifying nature of human beings.

The 24 students of 2-D will be played by Hokuto Yoshino of THE RAMPAGE, who will be starring in a movie for the first time in this work, Ryuya Miyaze of “Ellie Love” (2024), and Ryuya Miyaze of “We Don’t Know About Love”. “ (2024), Ayara Shida, a member of the popular group IMP., and this will be the first movie appearance after forming IMP. Shugo Oshinari, who starred in “All About Lily ChouChu” (2001), also participated in the role of the homeroom teacher, and everyone looked like they were having fun playing the roles of a friendly public face and a dangerous real face that no one could see. He continues to toy with the viewers while changing his character.

In the preview video that was released, numbers are assigned to the 24 students and their homeroom teacher in Kairei Private School’s 2nd grade Class D, and the shocking announcement is made: “This is a hierarchy.” The attached file, written as “2-D Ranking,” was delivered by someone, and the students’ names are listed along with their rankings from 1st to 25th, and the students are confused by the strange contents. However, time passes without the culprit being identified, and six months later, an incident occurs. Tsubaki Himeyama, the coveted No. 1 student, mysteriously commits suicide on campus. The entire class is shaken by the shocking situation and unable to sort out their feelings. When they stop by the classroom after Himeyama’s funeral, they find a suicide note from Himeyama addressed to each of the 24 students placed on their desks. There it was.

Why is the deceased Himeyama’s suicide note in the classroom? Why did she commit suicide despite being in first place? Was the will really written by Himeyama? Amidst the atmosphere of suspicion, all 24 students decide to reveal their suicide notes in front of their classmates in order to get to the bottom of Himeyama’s suicide. However, with the unusual release of the will, the dark true faces of all 24 people are revealed one after another, exposing Himeyama’s secrets to the public. The video ends with a mechanical voice asking, “Who will be releasing it next?”, making for a thrilling preview video that will send chills down your spine.

■The poster visual, which is different from the teaser visual, has also been released!
Along with the preview video, the poster visual has also been released. In contrast to the teaser visual, which seemed to depict a moment of youth, with the students posing together and smiling, the result is an eerie display of 25 meaningful faces lined up in a row. What kind of real faces are hidden beneath the portraits they hold in their right hands, as they cleverly use the front and back sides of their faces?

Is Himeyama’s suicide note real? Who benefits from the publication of wills? You won’t be able to take your eyes off the words and actions of the 24 people, even for a moment, until the climax, when the unexpected and shocking truth is revealed.

■Hokuto Yoshino (ranked 19th/Hiragi Ikenaga) Comment
This time, “Suicide note, public. My name is Hokuto Yoshino and I will be playing Shuya Ikenaga in “!
Many characters appear as the main characters, and it is a work that gives you a strong sense of human greed.
I think there are things that can be conveyed in this era, so I want everyone to see this work.
Please look forward to it until its release!

■Comment from Ryuya Miyaze (ranked 16th/role of Seiichi Chikage)
My name is Ryuya Miyaze, and I played the role of Seiichi Chikage. When I read the script, I had the impression that it was an amazing role that was crazy in many ways, but as I played the role, I started to sympathize with him. It is a small space called a classroom where each classmate is holding something.
It’s a mystery that happens. Please look forward to what developments await!

■Ayara Shida (ranked 20th/Kurumi Hatsukaichi) Comments
On the first day I met director Eiji, he seemed to be having fun talking about the image of Hatsukaichi, saying, “I want Hatsukaichi to be eccentric but cute,” and I remember being very excited as my imagination expanded. On set, they talked with me every time about the details, such as the way I spoke, my posture, the way I walked, and the way I looked, and even when I was worried about my performance, they cheerfully told me, “It’s okay!” over and over again.
Thanks to the director, I was able to play Hatsukaichi while struggling every day and having fun!
Please come to the theater to witness the intense 30 days filled with mysteries of Class 2D!

■Comment from Kanade Matsui (2nd place in the hierarchy/Rito Akasaki)
I’m Kanade Matsui from IMP., who played the role of Rito Akasaki.
I got the impression that Rito Akasaki, the No. 1 boy in his class and an easy-going guy who does both sports and studies, was the complete opposite of me. lol
I was nervous as it was my first time appearing in a movie, but with the support of the director, staff, and co-stars, I was able to have fun filming!
Please enjoy this “unusual” youth movie!
Also, I think I’ll be able to show you a new side of me, so I’d be happy if you could pay attention to that as well!

■Akari Takaishi (3rd place in the hierarchy/Rinna Mikado) comment
The character Rinna Mikado is a character with a strong sense of justice who cries and gets angry for her best friend.
Every day I thought about how I could release that strength and energy to the entire classroom.
Director Eiji listened to our students’ thoughts on the role through daily conversation each morning, and created a close community connection with them, which enabled the entire class to approach the work and the role in a straightforward manner. Thank you very much.
This is a work that spins energy like a relay.
I would be happy if you could receive it at the theater.

■Miona Hori (1st place/Tsubaki Himeyama) Comment
Tsubaki Himeyama, who I will be playing, is a Madonna-like figure who ranks first in the class. I tried my best to play the role while thinking about how the sparkling appearance of Himeyama would be perceived by everyone, and how people would interpret it. I would be happy if even a little bit of Himeyama’s feelings could be conveyed to everyone who watched it. There will be a series of shocking developments that will show off the human nature of the movie, so be sure to watch it in theaters with your friends, family, or lover in suspense.

■Shugo Oshinari (ranked 10th/Makoto Kaihara) Comment
This is my second time working with director British since the movie “Osomatsu-san.”
He was always there to liven up the scenes, and he was there again this time, and seeing him talk to each cast member every morning made me realize once again that he is a very attentive person.
It was probably the first time for me to play the role of a homeroom teacher, and it was interesting to watch the students grow more and more affectionate with each passing day.
In terms of his role, he is portrayed as a person who does not like being an adult, and he is a person who acts for his own sake.
Please pay close attention to how he deals with a class that has a problem.

■Totaro Yo (original author) comment
“The suicide note has been released. “It’s going to be a movie!”
I was able to observe the filming for a short time, and 2-D was there.
The visuals of the characters, the way they move around in each classroom, and the atmosphere that surrounds the entire class. It was definitely the most exciting experience of the year, and I felt the excitement of the live-action adaptation.
There are parts of the original work that are so faithfully reproduced that you’ll think, “That’s down to the smallest detail!”, and there are also original elements that will make you jealous, “I wish the original story had been developed this way!”
I hope you enjoy the comparisons and discoveries.

■Ei Tsutomu (Director) Comment
The original story was very interesting, and Osamu’s script, which I haven’t seen in a long time, had a lot of punch.
That’s why I decided to make “everyone the main character” my concept this time.
All the performers were dazzling and it was fun. Please watch it 25 times for 25 people in your class. Will, published. Please wait a little while until it is released.

■Osamu Suzuki (screenplay) comment
When I read the original story, I was shocked to see an important character die first, and the suspense that began from there, something I had never seen before, made my heart flutter.
This is my first time working with director Eiji in 16 years, and I take my hat off to his skill.
I believe that the most unlikely things become hits, and I think this work is exactly that.
