≒JOY (Nearly Equal Joy) is the “third group” produced by Rino Sashihara, following the idol groups LOVE (Equal Love) and ≠ME (Not Equal Me). The 2nd single “Hatsukoi Cinderella” released last week on October 16th (Wednesday) has been ranked in the Oricon Weekly Single Ranking as of October 28, 2024 (first week sales of 98,000 copies) and Billboard JAPAN Top Singles Sales released on October 23. (First week sales: 130,708 copies) It was revealed that both of them achieved the number 1 spot on their debut.
This is the second consecutive and second total No. 1 single, following the first single “Taikukan Disco” released on June 24, 2024. This is the first time in 3 years and 6 months for a female artist to have two consecutive No. 1 singles since her first single, and the first time this year that she has achieved this feat. The new song “Hatsukoi Cinderella” is performed by Reine Ezumi as the center and is a song about the moment of a faint first love≒JOY’s first love song.
The song has already become a hot topic, with the music video released ahead of its release exceeding 1.6 million views.

≒JOY will be touring 4 cities from October 14th (Monday)≒JOY Hall Tour 2024 “Kyou Kara Kimi wa Koibito” starts with the Fukuoka performance (Fukuoka Prefecture, Fukuoka Civic Center Large Hall).
