≒JOY’s 2nd single “Hatsukoi Cinderella” released on October 16th ranked in the Oricon Weekly Singles Ranking as of October 28, 2024 (first week sales 98,000 copies), and on the Billboard JAPAN Top Singles Sales (first week sales) released on October 23rd. Weekly sales of 130,708 copies) both debuted at number one.

This is the second consecutive and second total No. 1 single, following the first single “Taigyukan Disco” dated June 24, 2024. This is the first time in 3 years and 6 months for a female artist to have two consecutive No. 1 singles since her first single, and the first time this year that she has achieved this feat. The new song “Hatsukoi Cinderella” is JOY’s first love song, with Reine Ezumi serving as the center and singing about the moment of a faint first love.
