Makino Shun (Matsushita Kohei) learns that the older sister of Saejima Naoaki (Tsuchiya Yosho), a patient he used to take care of at the hospital, is Saejima Kei (Okamoto Nozomi), a student in Class 6/2. For Naoaki, who adores Makino, Kei spreads bad rumors about the school nurse’s office to get Makino kicked out of the elementary school and sent back to the hospital. After Makino is assigned to an elementary school, Daichi Sakima (Yu Yoshizawa), who becomes Naoaki’s attending physician, tells his mother Tamaki Saejima (Sonin) and others that Naoaki may be able to perform surgery around spring. Naoaki is happy to be discharged from the hospital, but his mother, who puts her child’s health first, does not allow him to go to school.

However, Naoaki, who is full of curiosity, takes advantage of Tamaki’s absence and goes out. Kei goes with him, but Naoaki sneaks into the school and goes out to explore the school without Kei’s attention. Around the same time, Naoaki met Takuma Sasamoto (Go Go), Hiroya Taniguchi (Kousuke Yoshida), and Yamato Ikemura (Natsuto Yamaguchi), who were hiding at school to go on a ghost story tour, and became friends with them.
