Schuwa Schuwa has announced that she will release her new single “My Favorite Things” on November 20th (Wednesday).
Schuwa Schuwa is an electro-pop unit consisting of Kohei Watanabe and Akiko Konyo. Based in Tokyo. Everything from songs to artwork and music videos is self-produced by the two.
This work, which will be released for three consecutive months following “Rhythm” and “Mint”, is a song that depicts a person who lives life while collecting small beauties in everyday life. The work is said to be filled with beautiful scenes that feel like someone’s distant memories but are right next to you.
Fumitake Ezaki (Pf.) and Kou Arata (Dr.) from WONK will be performing, and their warm sounds will color the entire song. Mastering was done by Miki Inoue from the same band.
The music video will also be premiered on the release date. The director was Kohei Watanabe.
