CPO releases 2nd EP "BEYOND" with participation by BANNY BUGS, 18scott, Kouichi Arakawa, etc.

CPO released their 2nd EP “BEYOND” today, November 17th (Sunday).

CPO is a beat maker originally from Fukuoka but currently based in Tokyo. This work was produced by CPO himself, and MFDP of the hip-hop crew CULT participated in the arrangement. This album was created with the theme of “overcoming my old self and creating a new sound,” which includes the struggles and conflicts I had previously experienced while producing alone, and the sudden death of my uncle.

In addition to previously released singles such as “EVANIE” featuring hip-hop crew KEYTOTHECITY and “Rise up” featuring up-and-coming singer Kouichi Arakawa, there will also be songs from Fukuoka collective CCS records such as Calli Stephus, Suni Rooftop and ahn livin’in. A wide range of artists are featured, including Nagoya huh??

In addition, “HONNE” will feature Fukuoka-based rapper/producer BANNY BUGS, who has been a hot topic with “A24 feat. 3House,” and Fujisawa-born rapper 18scott, who is freshly remembered for the release of his latest album “Rise And Fall Like Tides.” . The song depicts their true feelings and conflicts from the perspectives of two people who grew up in completely different environments.
