It has been announced that Kan Sano will release his first live album “Live in Tokyo 2023” on November 27th (Wednesday).
This work is a recording of Kan Sano, who announced a hiatus from live activities in November 2022, and returned to the stage for the first time in about a year to perform live music at “Kan Sano Solo Piano Live 2023 ‘Tada I MA'”. .
On the day of the event, they generously played popular live songs such as “My Girl”, “Natsume”, and “Tobi Ra” on a grand piano, and performed songs such as “Trapped” (Rung Hyang) and “highway, highway” (Fuyomi Abe). ), “Ikata Baby” (Fishmans), and “Konomichi” were also performed.
In addition, in the middle of the album, the set list seems to reflect the various scenery that was input during the charging period, such as “Kira Kira Hoshi” and “Stars In Your Eyes” performed with guitar playing.
The recording engineer is Masato Fujishiro of big turtle STUDIOS. Kan Sano’s detailed expressions and beautiful piano tones were recorded in high quality to create a work that is full of immersion and is also compatible with spatial audio.

We are releasing a live album for the first time. This is the only record of the live performance performed in 2023.
I think people make small changes every day, but the changes I’ve made in the past few years have been quite large. When I listen back to the recording now, I am amazed at the difference between myself from a year ago and now. I can’t go back to the feeling I had at that time, and I’m really glad I was able to preserve it as a work.
