[Akari Takaishi]I’m thrilled to be co-starring with the morning drama heroine senior “Non” for the first time. “I’ve always wanted to work with her someday, so it’s really a dream come true.”[Hotel suitable for me]

Actor Akari Takaishi attended the completion screening of the movie “A Hotel Suitable for Me” held at Shinjuku Piccadilly on the 20th.

Takaishi is an up-and-coming actor whose name has become well-known throughout Japan since it was announced on the 29th of last month that he would be the heroine of the NHK TV drama series “Bakebake” in the latter half of 2025.

Last year, Takanishi won the Best Emerging Actress Award at the 15th TAMA Film Awards, and this year she played the heroine in the drama “Crashing High School Student and Crash Teacher Lesson 2” (MBS/TBS Dramaism) and the movie “Rookie Reporter Trot.” Child: If I don’t do it, who will? ” (released on August 9th), and the animated film “Kimi no Iro” (released on August 30th).

Most recently, he has appeared in the movie “Baby Warukyure Nice Days” (released on September 27th) and the movie “I Just Dropped My Smartphone Final Chapter: Final Hacking Game” (released on November 1st). Even after it was released and she was chosen as the heroine of the morning drama, she continues to gain momentum.

This work is about the most unfortunate newcomer in the history of literature, who won the Newcomer’s Award, but due to the harsh criticism of the famous author Munenori Higashijujo (Kenichi Takito), he did not make a spectacular debut and was unable to get a chance to publish his novel. A literary entertainment where writer Kayoko (Non) aims to make a comeback to the literary world.

When Kayoko, played by Non, stays at her dream hotel, the Yamanoue Hotel, she learns that Higashijujo is staying on the upper floor of the room. He interferes with his writing and causes Mr. Fuminaga to fail his manuscript on the deadline day. The highlight of this work is the comical confrontation between Kayoko and Higashi Jujo.

In this work, Takaishi played the role of Miwako Higashijujo, the beloved daughter of Munenori Higashijujo, played by Kenichi Takito.

When Takaishi took the stage wearing a red see-through dress with a gorgeous pattern, she smiled and cheerfully said, “Thank you for your support!”

Regarding the exchange scene in the conversation drama at the Higashijujo family, wasn’t it difficult to bring out the character of Miwako Higashijujo, who you played in the short scene? When asked about this, Takaishi said, “Because it was a short scene, I think I was able to add sharpness to my acting, such as the look in his eyes the moment he appeared, or the angry look he gave to my father during the conversation. “I look back.”

As it was a scene in which lines were exchanged, he recalled the fulfilling filming, saying, “I remember how much fun it was to do the dialogue, and it was fun to have everyone talk so well during the breaks.”

Non, who played the heroine Aki in the 2013 NHK drama series “Ama-chan,” is Takaishi’s senior in the morning drama heroine, but this is the first time the two have worked together.

Regarding Nonto’s first collaboration with Takito, who plays her father, she said, “They were people I wanted to work with someday, so it felt like a dream and it was a luxurious time for me to be able to convey that directly to them.” I spun the words carefully.

In the corner where he talked about his own upheavals, Takaishi wrote on his flipboard, “From frigid to center!!”

Talking about when he was learning dance in the past, he said, “There were a lot of people who were learning dance, and the ones who were good at it went to the front, and I was the worst at it, so I stayed at the back. I practiced hard and finally was able to be invited to the front center!”, and the audience erupted in applause.

Lastly, to those who are looking forward to the work: “I really like the phrase in this work, “Anger becomes power,” but I truly believe that frustration can be used as fuel, or as fuel to do your best for tomorrow. In this work, anger and frustration are turned into laughter, so I hope you enjoy it and go home.”

Starring Non, Kei Tanaka, Kenichi Takito, original author Asako Yuzuki, and director Yukihiko Tsutsumi also took to the stage to liven up the packed venue.

The movie “A Hotel Suitable for Me” will be released nationwide on Friday, December 27th.
