The Blu-ray and DVD of the movie “We Don’t Know Love” will be released on Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2025.
This work is a live-action adaptation of Minami Mizuno’s popular girls’ comic “We Don’t Know Love” (published by Shueisha Margaret Comics).
The lead role will be played by Ryusei Onishi from Naniwa Danshi, who will be starring in a movie for the first time. Co-stars include Airu Kubozuka, Nagisa Saito, Riko, Soya Ikari, and Ayara Shida, the most popular young actors at the moment. The director is Mai Sakai, who has worked as the director and screenwriter of many popular works such as “Beautiful Boyfriend: When the Night Ends, I’ll be the first to see you.”
A realistic portrayal of six high school students who face their own “serious love” while worrying and sometimes conflicting.
The deluxe edition Blu-ray & DVD (limited quantity production, 3-disc set) includes a bonus video featuring the 6 main cast members: Ryusei Onishi, Airu Kubozuka, Nagisa Saito, Riko, Soya Ikari, and Ayaka Shida. Includes a visual commentary where viewers talk about their impressions, memories, and behind-the-scenes stories while watching the movie in its entirety.
It also includes making-of footage, including unreleased scenes that were cut from the main story, and a collection of event footage, allowing you to fully enjoy everything from behind-the-scenes filming to the promotional period.
Also included is an instax-style card with off-shots of the cast members and an ID photo with six characters lined up. Those who pre-order and purchase the deluxe version at the target stores will receive an “original font tab” on a first-come, first-served basis. Other details can be found on the special website.
