This work is Shota Araya’s first guest performance as a solo song, and is a song that is part of Shota Araya’s latest single “Focus” released in October.maiko suzuki(chelmico) wrote and sang the lyrics for this song.

This is Yonawo’s first collaboration with Makako Suzuki since “tokyo feat. Makako Suzuki, Skaai”. DJ/beat maker for track makingTOSHIKI HAYASHI (%C)participated. It is said to be a love song with a dreamy sound that has a floating feel and lyrics filled with each song’s “focus.”

I love Ara-chan’s original “Focus,” but I think he and Percy could have created a song that shows a different side of him. It might be a good idea to listen while thinking about what or who you want to focus on!

I’ve always wanted to do a male-female duet like Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong. I thought it would be best to work with someone who could work closely with me, and I felt that Mamiko’s voice and atmosphere would definitely fit this song, so I made her an offer. Ever since I met Percy, I’ve said, “I’d like to work with him someday,” so I’m glad we could work together this time. The compatibility between Makako’s vocals and Percy’s track is also great, making it one of my favorite remixes.
