■“This song is for my Number Ones” (ROSÉ)
BLACKPINK’s main vocalist ROSÉ, whose collaboration song “APT.” (pronounced: Apatou) with Bruno Mars has caused a social phenomenon, will release her first album “rosie” on December 6th. The second pre-release song “number one girl” was released on November 22nd.
This work is co-written and produced by not only ROSÉ, but also Bruno Mars, following on from “APT.,” as well as Amy Allen, D-Mile, Omer Fedi, Carter Lang, and Dylan Wiggins.
ROSÉ commented on her Instagram, “This song is for my Number Ones” (ROSÉ’s fan name), and it was a hot topic even before its release.
In contrast to the pop and up-tempo melody of “APT.”, this is a ballad song that highlights ROSÉ’s clear, relaxed and beautiful singing voice, allowing you to fully feel the breadth of her musicality.
