Okinawan singer Kethug releases his first solo single “Flight line” Produced by Neetz

Kethug, a new singer from Okinawa, released his new single “Flight line” today, November 27th (Wednesday).

Kethug started his music career in 2020 and began his career in earnest with the collaboration single “Trust” (2021) with fellow beat maker NGONG. In 2023, he appeared as a guest on “Grateful” from Yo-Sea’s 1st album “Sea Of Love”, as well as a collaboration single “Way Good” with producer/DJ TOMi, and a compilation “098 RADIO vol” supervised by Awich. “Euphoria (feat. CHOUJI & He has been active in a wide range of fields, including appearing as a guest on the song “Soldiers” from GOTTZ’s latest album “numbers”.

This is his first solo single, and was produced by KANDYTOWN’s Neetz. As the title suggests, the theme is “Flight Line,” and the song is inspired by airplanes preparing to fly high and taking a run-up on a runway.

The band is also scheduled to release their first EP in their career next year, and a release party is scheduled to be held at Fumin Yugi Lion in Shibuya, Tokyo on Wednesday, January 29th. I would like to pay attention to future trends.

[Kethug comment]
Although there are mixed feelings of anxiety and excitement before setting out on a journey, once you take off, the journey becomes irreplaceable for you, and after that experience, you stand at the starting line of a new challenge and reach a new destination. I feel like I can go as far as I want by repeating what I’m heading towards, so I’d be happy if you could realize that this also applies to some of you. Even if the place or environment changes, I want to continue to express myself as I am.
