[Comment from Sakiko Ito]
This year marks 50 years since I debuted at the age of 16. The commemorative album includes a new version of “Himawari Musume”, a new song “Kozure no Umi”, and covers of Columbia’s great seniors’ representative songs. I also recorded “Aman” with Yoichi Sugawara, whom I respect, and it has become a great blessing for the singer.
I would like to express my gratitude to my mentors Aku Yuu and Takashi Miki who are in heaven, as well as the staff and fans who have supported me up until now.
