The first lineup of “GREENROOM FESTIVAL 20th Anniversary” to be held at Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse in Kanagawa on Friday, May 23, 24, and Sunday, May 25, 2025 has been announced.
With the concept of “Save The Beach, Save The Ocean,” this festival conveys the lifestyle and culture of the ocean through music and art. It started in Yokohama in 2005 and will finally celebrate its 20th anniversary next year.
This commemorative event in 2025 will be expanded from the previous two days on Saturday and Sunday to three days on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. To express our gratitude for the past 20 years, we will deliver updated content through music and art.
This time, it has been announced that Jacob Collier, a SSW/composer/producer from London who has won six Grammy Awards and is a master of various instruments, will be playing modern jazz with his overwhelming charisma and playing ability. Kamasi Washington is a saxophone player who is leading the scene. It looks like it will be a luxurious lineup suitable for the 20th anniversary. Expectations are high for future announcements.
