A new project “AXE” by the venue Tsukimi Le Kimisofu located in Aoyama, Tokyo has started. Three performances have been announced.
Tsukimi Le Kunsoufu will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2024. This project, which will begin in January of next year and marks the beginning of a new era, is based on the concept of a live party where you can meet music and artists with a unique musicality that cannot be categorized by genre or generation, as well as music and artists with indivisible sensibilities and sharpness.
The first event on Sunday, January 15th will feature live acts xiangyu (a trio set), food festival aka foodman, and YELLOWUHURU (FLATTOP) as a DJ.
The second edition of “AXXE” to be held on Friday, January 24th will feature three up-and-coming groups including Eminata, TOSH, and Manda.
The third edition, “AXXXE,” will be held on March 5th (Wednesday), featuring Ghost Communications and another artist, Meg Bonus, as the opening act.
This project features a genre-defying lineup, from veterans to newcomers. The visual was created by designer Taisuke Tsuru, inspired by the event concept of “indivisibility.”
