Hey! Say! JUMP’s Ryosuke Yamada will appear on the cover of “BAILA” February/March 2025 combined issue (released on December 26th) and “BAILA homme vol.4” (released on January 30th, 2025). appear.

Ryosuke Yamada appears in the first collaboration project of “BAILA” & “BAILA homme”. The visuals taken in New Zealand depict Yamada in different moods.

A four-night stay in two cities, Christchurch and Akaroa, planned as a “reward trip” to celebrate the huge success of Yamada’s solo photo book “Luminous” (published by Shueisha), which was released on January 30, 2024. The “BAILA” editorial department closely follows the 6-day trip. Each magazine will also feature a special feature summarizing new photos taken during the trip and information on guides to New Zealand.

“Honestly, I didn’t know much about New Zealand before I went there, but once I visited, I was thrilled to see so many attractive spots.The hotel where I stayed and the city itself were full of art. As someone who loves contemporary art, I was simply happy to be able to be in such a space.I was always fascinated by the beautiful grasslands and mountains that spread out from the window of the train heading towards the national park. The starry sky tour we took on the last day of our trip was amazing. It was a memory that will last a lifetime.”

The starry sky that Yamada saw will be published in the February/March 2025 combined issue of “BAILA”, and the commemorative photo of him with the starry sky, which he kept his eyes open for 30 seconds due to the slow shutter, will be published in “BAILA homme 4”.
