Berlin-based mu”he releases 2nd EP “Rain Dance” Dayzero and others participate as remixers

Berlin-based DJ/producer mu”he released his 2nd EP “Rain Dance” on his self-label PARNASSUS on Thursday, December 19th.

mu”he has been active in Tokyo as a resident DJ at Omotesando VENT since 2018, and moved to Berlin in 2023. He has played at prestigious clubs in Berlin such as Tresor, ://about blank, OXI, “Whole Festival”, “Berlin Atonal”, etc. Even after moving to Japan, he has been attracting attention as a DJ, such as being booked quickly at popular festivals.

This year, they performed at Berlin’s biggest club RSO, Belgian outdoor festival La Nature, and toured Asia twice, visiting Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen, Taipei, Bangkok, Tokyo, Shizuoka, and Okinawa. It has also been announced that they will be performing at Bangkok’s “Beat Forest Festival” in January, so we can expect their future success.

This EP includes two original songs and two remixes with contrasting concepts: a techno track with a dark and hypnotic melody and a percussive and exhilarating bass music track. The remixers include TORU IKEMOTO, who is now one of Japan’s leading modern techno producers and a certified Ableton instructor, and Dayzero, who has released numerous releases from prestigious bass music labels such as LIVITY SOUND.
