■Main video of Kayoko (Non) and Higashijujo (Kenichi Takito) teaming up to take revenge on Endo (Kei Tanaka)
From the movie “A Hotel Suitable for Me” (released December 27th) starring Non, Non and Kenichi Takito dress up in Christmas costumes and set out to take revenge on Endo, the editor in charge played by Kei Tanaka. The main video of the group has been released.
In the main video released this time, Kayoko (Non) and Higashijujo (Kenichi Takito) run into each other at a bar and witness Endo (Kei Tanaka) criticizing their novel behind the scenes. Feeling humiliated, the two decide to take revenge on Endo and join forces.
Endo’s only concern is to make the children believe in Santa Claus. When Kayoko learns of this fact, she plans a bold plan to tell the children, “Santa Claus doesn’t exist.” Even Higashijujo said to him, “You have a bad personality.”
Kayoko, dressed as a reindeer, and Higashijujo, dressed as Santa Claus, head to the room where the children are, hoping to find out if Endo is away. However, contrary to my expectations, the children’s reactions were quite calm, asking, “Do you need anything?” Kayoko tries her best to get people to let her into the room, but she is told that she is not allowed to let strangers in.
Kayoko tries her best to pretend, “You’re not a stranger, right? Everyone loves Santa, right?” but she replies sarcastically, “He’s very different from last year’s Santa.” Higashijujo also follows up and tries to give him a toy, but he says, “Last year Santa was an older foreigner who was fat and even better at acting.Maybe he’s in the wrong room? There’s no way my dad would hire such a big-time actor,” he said in a scathing tone. “I know, Santa is your father, right?”, her younger sister said, hitting the nail on the head.
“But we pretend to believe it because we want to please Daddy. We want Daddy to dream. That’s the duty of children,” she says, acting like an adult. Just then, Endo returns home and the two run away in a panic, causing their plan to fail spectacularly.
This film, drawn with Tsutsumi’s typical comedic touch, draws viewers in with its fast-paced dialogue and unexpected developments. Also, pay attention to Non and Kenichi Takito’s Christmas cosplay.
