ALI “NEON feat. The Crane” MV shot in Taipei and Tokyo released! “BEYOND feat. MaRI” remix also released!

ALI has released the music video for their new song “NEON” featuring Taipei-based artist The Crane.

This song “NEON” was created by ALI’s vocalist LEO, who was inspired by the energy of neon lights and people that he felt when he visited Taiwan. The music video was shot in two cities: Taipei and Tokyo. The neon lights that illuminate the night in each city illuminate the two of them. In the final scene, LEO and The Crane sing a message similar to a prayer with the neon lights of Taipei in the background. The director was Yohei Haga.

Furthermore, ALI’s new song “CASANOVA POSSE” has been selected as the opening theme for the 4th season of the TV anime “Dr. STONE”. “NEON feat. The Crane” will also be included in the CD coupling to be released on February 5, 2025.

ALI held a self-planned live performance titled “JUNGLE LOVE-CHRISTMAS TIME-Supported by Lee” at Ebisu LIQUIDROOM on December 24th. The live show, which featured Paledusk and LA SEÑAS as guest acts, and AKLO and J-REXXX as guests of ALI, ended with great success. It was also announced that “CASANOVA POSSE” JAPAN TOUR 2025 will be held in 2025.

After the live show, they made a surprise announcement of the digital release of ALI’s “BEYOND (Remix) feat. MaRI”. CARTOON and YELLOCK each reinterpreted “BEYOND” to create a vivid track.

Born in Taipei in 1994. His style focuses on alternative R&B, and he likes to incorporate elements of 70’s soul into his songs.

Under his real name Yasuha Hayashi, he works as a tour member and producer for many artists. With the singles “Monday Girl,” “LIMO,” and “I Love You More (than adore)” released in 2019 and 2020, they showcased their unique musical style and mature creative perspective, captivating many listeners and gaining attention. He has made great strides as a rising star. In 2022, he released his first EP “Tsuruen”, fully demonstrating his musical talent.
