Hyadain provides music to CANDY TUNE! A new big project between “musicuru TV” and KAWAII LAB. has started.

It was revealed on TV Asahi’s “Musicuru TV,” which aired late at night on January 13th (*Kanto area and other areas), that Hyadain will be providing music to the idol group CANDY TUNE.

With the concept of “encounter with music and new talent,” “Musicuru TV” has been disseminating discoveries related to new music, and its new project in 2025 will feature idols belonging to the idol project “KAWAII LAB.” produced by Asobi System. Collaboration with CANDY TUNE.

CANDY TUNE is a unique seven-member idol unit that is currently attracting attention, and has been gaining popularity mainly through SNS and live performances, and was selected as the next breakout personality grand prize at the Yahoo! Search Awards 2024. The collaboration between these girls and the program will begin with music provided by Hyadain, who serves as the program advisor.

During the program on January 13th, when KAWAII LAB.’s producer Misa Kimura asked Hyadain to write a song for CANDY TUNE, Hyadain raised her hands and said “Hello!” and happily accepted with a smile. And the project started.

At the song production meeting, which started immediately after moving to another location, Misa Kimura proposed the theme of the song, “Oshikatsu Empathy Song.” We suggest that because CANDY TUNE is not only promoted as an idol, but also actively promotes anime, K-POP, basketball, etc., it is possible to express “support” in various ways. In response, Hyadain suddenly thought of the words and muttered, “I love you, I like you, I love you.” The program will continue to follow up on what kind of idol songs will be born from this word, so let’s keep an eye out for it.
