Acidclank releases first single “Hide Your Navel” from new AL

Acidclank released their new single “Hide Your Navel” today, January 15th (Wednesday).

Acidclank is a solo project by producer/SSW Yota Mori. This work is the first lead single from the new album “In Dissolve” to be released on February 5th (Wednesday), and is said to be an important song that symbolizes the album’s theme of “reliving a trance state.”

Inspired by ethnic music such as gamelan, this song explores trance music with a tribal and acoustic approach, blending intricate rhythms and melodious vocals. It is said to be the core work of the album, inviting listeners into a deep trance state.

Big Animal Theory, an anonymous producer who also works with Tohji and kZm, will appear at the release party “acidplex (dissolution)” to be held at CIRCUS Tokyo in Shibuya, Tokyo on Friday, March 7th. On the day of the event, Acidclank will perform both a solo set based on techno using modular synths and a full band set with support members.
