a-ko, latest single “Asa ga Soku Yoru” released today & MV released

The music video for ako’s new single “Asa ga Soku Yoru” released today, January 15th (Wednesday) has been released.

This song has an urban sound based on house and city pop, and is a song that sings of the sadness of remembering past happiness over and over again before dawn. With mix engineer Nathan Boddy, who worked on New Jeans’ “Super Shy”, they have established a cutting-edge sound.

The MV was directed by Londog, a creative team led by A-ko, and features a dance and band scene unfolding in a space surrounded by LED screens, and A-ko DJing in a pure white space.The music video is cool and impressive, matching the worldview of the song. Contains images.

In addition, a new artist visual shot by photographer Yusuke Wakana was also released to coincide with the release of this work.

a-ko is scheduled to hold her biggest tour “a-ko LIVE TOUR 2025 “LOVE PROPHET”” on January 25th (Saturday) at Shinsaibashi BIGCAT in Osaka and March 2nd (Sunday) at EX THEATER ROPPONGI in Tokyo. Tickets are currently being accepted.
