“VIVA LA ROCK” is a rock festival held every Golden Week at Saitama Super Arena. The third group of performing artists for “VIVA LA ROCK 2025”, which will be held at Saitama Super Arena in full-scale “stadium mode” for four days on May 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th, has been announced. In addition, the second pre-sale of tickets will be accepted on the “Vivara Official App”. All types of tickets, including 4-day passes, 2-day passes, and 1-day passes, are on sale on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are accepted until 23:59 on February 24th. In 2025, children under elementary school age will be admitted free of charge, with a maximum of one child per parent accompanied by a parent. In addition, in preparation for “VIVA LA ROCK 2025,” volunteers from Saitama, including “VIVALA” and Teru Ishige (Vox/Gt/Syn) of the telephones, have teamed up to hold auditions for people who want to pursue music. 2025 has begun! Thank you everyone for your continued support this year!
We have announced the third list of performing artists. At the same time, we have also announced the schedule for 41 groups at this time, including the artists who have been announced so far, in other words, the performance dates of each group. This year’s VIVA LA ROCK 2025 is finally working to have 96 artists perform (55 remaining!), but little by little, the outline of this year’s VIVA LA ROCK 2025 is starting to emerge. I don’t think so.
Some of us are welcome to Vivara for the first time, some of us are with you for the first time in a long time, and some of us have made amazing sounds and songs on the Vivara stage many times, creating passionate, deep and intense moments. ―We are very happy to be able to welcome back to Vivara these artists who shine in various musical ways. Thanks to you, Vivara is able to continue like this every year, but live shows and festivals only happen once in a while. That live performance only happens once on that day. What kind of live performances will be performed by the performers at this year’s 12th Vivara, the music that will reverberate there, the expressions emanating from each stage, and the communication that will take place between the participants, and the series of them. What kind of day can you create for 4 days? I plan to make more and more announcements in the future as I expand on that image in more concrete terms. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the opening of Saitama Super Arena. If you visited Saitama Super Arena recently, you may have seen the Tama Ari 25th Anniversary logo in various places around the venue. For us, Saitama Super Arena is more than just a place that lends us a venue.At management and production meetings, we always think about and come up with ideas about how we can make Vivara and music more enjoyable at this venue. We are an important partner. That’s why we want to make Tamaari’s anniversary even more exciting, and we’re also working on creating collaborative goods. Please join us in celebrating the anniversary of this wonderful arena where various artists have held memorable and historic live performances!
And one more thing. In fact, in preparation for this year’s Vivara, I’m planning to team up with Ishikun from the Telephones and my friends from Saitama Prefecture to hold an audition for the first time in a while. The Telephones hails from Kitaurawa, Saitama Prefecture, and not only have they appeared on Vivara since its first year, but Ishi-kun has also created the familiar jingle “Vivala Rooook!” These are my friends who have been with me since the early days of Vivara.
