Talent Taki visits Aoi Arai’s solo exhibition “Border Stroke”! Dig deeper into the images that emerge from each work and the thoughts the artist put into them.

A video of model and talent Taki visiting and interviewing Aoi Arai’s solo exhibition “Border Stroke”, which is currently being held at WALL_shinjuku, was shown on the art program “MEET YOUR ART”.

Arai is an up-and-coming artist who creates paintings that make you relive the act of painting through physical strokes.

The video covers everything from the concept of everyday work creation to the theme of this exhibition “Border Stroke”, the location and connection to the works from Lumine Shinjuku, the exhibition venue, and the images and artists that emerge from each work. Navigator Taki digs deep into the feelings that have been put into it.

In addition, Aoi Arai and meiji THE Cacao will collaborate in a pop-up space 30 seconds walk from the exhibition venue until February 14th (Friday) to coincide with the Valentine’s Day period, offering gifts based on works drawn especially for this exhibition.
