■“BOW AND ARROW” will be released on January 27th!
Kenshi Yonezu’s new song “BOW AND ARROW” will be released on January 27th. At the same time, the jacket photo was released.
“BOW AND ARROW” is the opening theme song for the TV anime “Medalist.” The jacket illustration was drawn by Yonezu himself, and depicts Inori Tsune, the main character of “Medalist,” on the ice.
“Medalist” is a popular work based on the original work by Tsurumaikada and has won numerous awards, including first place in the comics category at the “Next Manga Awards 2022” and first place in the overall category at the “48th Kodansha Manga Awards.” The TV anime is currently being broadcast on the “NUMAnimation” slot on TV Asahi’s 24 network stations nationwide, with Natsumi Haruse as the voice actor for the main character, Inori Tsugei, and Takeo Otsuka as the voice actor for Richi Akeura.
It has become a hot topic on social media, with various street advertisements appearing at Shibuya Station, Shinjuku Station, and Nagoya, where the story takes place.
