Tyrkouaz has released the music video for his digital single “MEKAKUSHI-ONI,” which was released today, February 28th!

The music video is directed by Shun Takeda, known for his work as a child. This is a music video with a strange and surreal worldview, with members wearing VR goggles in a pure white abstract space and wandering aimlessly through virtual reality.

“MEKAKUSHI-ONI” is Tyrkouaz’s first digital single of 2025, opening with breakbeats and iconic surf-rock guitar riffs. The mix engineers feature Komori Masahito, known for his work as Yonezu Kenshi and Official Hige Dandism, and the modern, bright and danceable mixed sound is a straightforward and urgent message that says, “To those who can’t see in front of you, but just a little bit is enough.” The latest Digirock anthem, studded with Tyrkouaz’s iconic elements, such as drum and bass, jersey clubs, and mixed rock, will be the catalyst for dominating the 2025 rock scene!
